Advanced Computer Software plc (ACS) is a provider of software and information technology (IT) services to the primary health sector. The wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company are Drury Lane (Jersey) Limited, which is a holding company; Adastra Software Limited, which is engaged in software business and ADV Management Services Limited, which is engaged in the group services business. As of June 2009, the Company had acquired approximately 96.6% interest in Business Systems Group Holdings Plc. In July 2009, the Company acquired StaffPlan Ltd, a London-based domiciliary and homecare software provider. On September 28, 2009, the Company announced the acquisition of Oak Labs Private Ltd (Oak Labs). In November 2009, the Company acquired Healthy Software Ltd.
