It has four divisions: Amlin London, Amlin UK, Amlin Bermuda and Anglo French Underwriters. Within Amlin London, the Company’s former Non-marine division is organized into two business units: Reinsurance and Property & Casualty. Amlin London writes reinsurance, property and casualty, marine and aviation insurance. The United Kingdom commercial business is written by Amlin UK. Amlin Bermuda is engaged in reinsurance. On July 22, 2009, the Company acquired Fortis Corporate Insurance N.V. In November 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of Crowe Livestock Underwriting Limited.
