PCT Finance Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Polar Capital Limited Liability Partnership acts as the investment manager of the Company. During the fiscal year ended April 30, 2009 (fiscal 2009), the Company sold its interest in Domain Public Equity Partners L.P.
