Aggreko PLC (Aggreko) provides electrical power and temperature control to customers who need them either very quickly, or for a short or indeterminate length of time. The Company provides its solutions globally, with 133 service centers and offices in 31 countries. During the year ended December 31, 2008, Aggreko served customers in more than 100 countries. Aggerko is organized around two lines of business: Local business and International Power Projects. The Company’s Local business rents equipment to enable customers to respond quickly to requirements for power and temperature control. The International Power Projects business sells power, which it delivers using temporary power plants owned and operated by Aggreko. During 2008, Local business accounted for 67% of the Company’s total revenue. International Power Projects business Accounted for 33% of Aggreko’s total revenue during 2008.
