IVG Immobilien AG (IVG) is a Germany-based real estate company. It focuses on office buildings, commercial and business parks, and logistics real estate in German and European metropolitan areas. The Company has four business divisions: IVG Investment, IVG Funds, IVG Development and IVG Caverns. IVG Investment concentrates on optimizing the value of the Company’s office properties through acquisition and disposal. The IVG Funds division develops, sells and manages fund products for private and institutional investors. The investment focus is on office properties, mainly in European cities but also in the markets of Asia and the United States. IVG Development focuses on office properties in selected German and European cities and growth regions. The core business of IVG Caverns is the construction of storage capacities for oil and gas in large underground salt domes (caverns) in order to rent them to energy companies and state-owned oil agencies.
