OrCo Germany SA is a Luxembourg-based subsidiary of ORCO Property Group, active in real estate sector with primary operations in Germany. The Company is principally engaged in leasing out investment properties and development of properties for its own portfolio or intended to be sold. Its activities are conducted through two business segments: Property Investments, its core segment, and Development. The core business segment comprises investment in commercial properties through acquisition, rental of properties and property portfolios, especially in long-term ownership of the properties. The segment's total lettable area comprises, as of December 31, 2011, 850,851 square meters. The Development segment comprises the development of predominantly commercial projects, including planning and implementation of building projects. Orco Property Group SA holds a 87.99%-stake in the Company.
