Groupe Go Sport SA is a France-based company that specializes in the distribution of sporting goods and leisurewear. The range of Company�s products includes clothing, footwear and sporting equipment, marketed under two brands: GO Sport and Courir. As of December 31, 2011, there were 176 GO Sport outlets and 174 Courir outlets. Groupe GO Sport SA operates through its subsidiaries, such as GO Sport.com SAS, GO Sport Les Halles SNC, Les Buissieres SAS and Grand Large Sport SAS, among others. The Company sells its products via outlets located in France, Belgium and Poland, as well as, through the network of franchise shops, in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. As of December 31, 2011, Groupe Rallye was the major shareholder of the Company.
