Rainy Mountain Royalty Corp, formerly East West Resource Corporation, is a Canadian-based company. The Company is an exploration-stage company. The Company is in the business of acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. It explores for copper, zinc, nickel and precious metals in northwestern Ontario. Its mineral properties include Deaty, Eva-Kitto, Fishhook property, GP2 Project, Hamlin, Havoc, Marshall Lake, Max Exploration, Nighthawk, Norton Lake, Olsen Twp, Ox Lake, Rossmere, Scrip, Seagull, Pickle Lake, Powell and Clay Properties and Trump. As of April 30, 2012, the Company had a 40% interest in a joint venture comprising a 339-unit pooled mineral claim group, together with Selkirk Metals Holding Corp. (Selkirk) (40%) and Trillium North Minerals Ltd. (Trillium) (20%). As of April 30, 2012, the Company had a 24.5% interest in 445 claim units in the Norton Lake area with Trillium owning 24.5% and Cascadia International Resources owning 51%.
