Lorraine Copper Corporation is a Canada-based exploration stage company. The Company’s mineral properties and other capital assets are located in Canada and all exploration expenditures have been incurred in Canada. The Company acquired the Lorraine-Jajay mineral property through the plan of arrangement with Eastfield Resources Ltd. and Lysander Minerals Corporation, which is subjected to an option agreement with Teck Resources Limited (Teck). The Company’s Lorraine property is located in the Omineca region of British Columbia, approximately 280 kilometres northwest of Prince George. The combined property covers an area of approximately 39,046 hectares (96,481 acres), which has copper-gold occurrences related to alkalic intrusives. The Lorraine property has many different zones and areas of interest, which are divided into the Lower Main Zone and Upper Main Zone.
