Arcturus Ventures Inc. (Arcturus) is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of natural resource properties. The Company�s properties include LEWES Property, First Base Property, RB Property, KEELE Property and Hemingway Property. The Company acquired by staking the Lewes claims which are located in the Whitehorse Copper Belt, Whitehorse Mining District, Yukon. The RB property is located in the Finlayson Lake VMS (Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide) belt of south-central Yukon. Arcturus has 232 quartz claims in the MER Property, Yukon. The Company owns a 100% interest in the First Base Property, consisting of 28 claims. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012, the Company entered into a property an agreement to earn a 100% interest in the Ford Lake Uranium Project, consisting of three claims totaling approximately 6,358 hectares and 100% interest in the Hemingway Property, consisting of 138 claims totaling approximately 2,880 hectares.
