It undertakes its projects through its in-house team of professionals and by partnering with companies with domestic and international operations. As of March 31, 2012, its parent company, Godrej Industries Limited, holds 69.43% of it. Its residential portfolio consists of accommodation of varying sizes. In its commercial portfolio, it builds office space catering to blue-chip Indian and international companies, and information technology (IT) parks. Its township portfolio includes integrated townships consisting of residential and commercial developments.
