Artefact Projects Limited is an India-based company. The Company operates in two segments: project management consultancy and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract/project development. Project management consultancy is engaged in designing and project management consultancy and operation and maintenance services of infrastructure projects. EPC contract/project development is engaged in engineering, procurement and construction of roads and build-operate-transfer (BOT) road developments. The Company through its wholly owned subsidiary, Artefact Infrastructure Limited (AIL) has diversified into infrastructure development of BOT road and mining projects. As on 30 June, 2012, the Company acquired an additional 6% interest of Artefact Infrastructure Limited (AIL) resulting in ALL becoming a subsidiary of the Company.
