Govind Rubber Limited (GRL) is engaged in business of rubber products, which consists of types of tires and tubes. The Company�s Indian Business includes tires, which consist of BMX Short Size (Cotton), BMX & Short Size (Nylon), Cotton Cycle, Cotton Rickshaw, MTB (Cotton), MTB (Nylon), Nylon Cycle and Nylon Rickshaw, and tubes, which consists of Butyl & NR Tubes and Packaging. Its International Business includes tires, which consist of Road / City / Tour, ATB, MTB, RACE, BMX and Wheel Chair, and tubes, which consists of Butyl & NR Tubes, Valves and Packaging. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012, (fiscal 2012), the Company formed a wholly owned subsidiary GRL BV. During fiscal 2012, the Company had entered into 50% Joint Venture partnership with GK Company Limited to set up manufacturing facility.
