Uttam Value Steels Ltd, formerly Lloyds Steel Industries Limited, is engaged in the steel and heavy engineering fabrication. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of iron and steel products and manufacturing capital equipments and turnkey projects. The Company focus in manufacturing is steel and related products, including upstream (Coal Based direct-reduced iron (DRI)) and downstream (like engineering products). During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Company supplied items, including tanks and furnace to SMS India Ltd. Its engineering products division supports in supply of spares and services to oil, gas, port trust and government bodies. LLOYDS has business ventures spreading over four plants, at three locations in India. Its products include hot rolled products, cold rolled products, galvanized products and engineering products.
