Leyshon Resources Limited is engaged in the exploration of gold and other minerals. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009, the Company focused on the development of its Zheng Guang project in China. The Zheng Guang gold project lies approximately eight kilometers south-east of Duobaoshan. The Company has operations in Australia and China. Leyshon Resources Limited has a 70% joint venture agreement with Black Dragon Mining Company Limited, which is engaged in the exploration and development. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is China Metals Pty Ltd.
