Pharmacybrands Limited is a New-Zealand based company engaged in the pharmaceutical industry, which provides pharmacy retail services through consolidated stores, partnership stores and franchise stores. Other segments include the provision of medical services. The Company operates the Life Pharmacy, Unichem, Amcal, Care Chemist and Radius Pharmacy franchise brands consisting 305 pharmacy stores and provides Radius Medical franchise branding and management services. On April 1, 2011, the Company�s wholly owned subsidiary Pharmacy Store Holdings Limited acquired Radius Pharmacy Limited (RPL). Effective June 1, 2011, the Company acquired Radius Medical Limited and Radius Medical Solutions Limited from Radius Health Group Limited.
