Dominion Petroleum Limited (Dominion) is a United Kingdom-based company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of oil and gas projects, primarily in East and Central Africa. It focuses in four main regions: Uganda, where the Company has a production sharing agreement with the government of Uganda; Tanzania, where it has one offshore and three onshore production sharing agreements in respect of five exploration licenses covering a total area of approximately 12 million acres; the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), where it has signed a production sharing agreement with the government, and Kenya, where the Company signed a Production Sharing Contract (PSC) with the Government. Its properties include Exploration Area 4B (EA4B) in Uganda, and Block 5, and Block 7 in Congo. Its subsidiaries include Dominion Petroleum Acquisition Limited, Dominion Oil & Gas Limited (BVI), Dominion Oil & Gas Limited (Tanzania), Dominion Investment Limited, Dompet Limited and Dominion Cong
