Anpario plc, formerly Kiotech International plc, is engaged in the manufacturing and supplying of natural feed additives for global agricultural and aquaculture markets. The Company also develops biochemical stimulants for aquaculture. The Company focuses on developing the Aquatice product from its research base in Thailand and Philippines. The Company�s international agriculture division trades through its two complementary brands, Kiotechagil and Optivite, covering in excess of 60 countries. Kiotechagil supplies natural feed additives. At optivite's heart is a team of nutritionists and animal husbandry specialists who provides advice, service and product knowledge to a diverse customer base. Through its Vitrition brand, the Company provides organic compound feeds, balancers, concentrates and supplements for the organic sector. On March 29, 2012, the Company acquired Meriden Animal Health Limited (Meriden).
