Basant Agro Tech (India) Limited is an India-based company. The Company is engaged in Manufacturing, Marketing & Distribution of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium (NPK) mixed fertilizer, single super phosphate, secondary nutrient and seed under KRISHI SANJIVANI brand name. The Company is also engaged in wind turbine power generation. The Company operates in three segments: fertilizers, seeds and windmill. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Company produced 27, 517 tons per annum of fertilizers. The Company is engaged in research and development of various hybrid seeds. The Company�s production facilities are located in the states of Maharashtra, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh.
