Emergent Resources Limited is a junior exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in the exploration for iron, base metals, precious metals and uranium in Western Australia. The Company�s projects include Beyondie Iron Project, Mt Bartle Project, North Pool Project, Diamond Well Project, Mt Narryer Project and Marble Bar Project. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012, the Company was focused on the exploration and development of its Beyondie iron project in the mid-west region of Western Australia. The Beyondie project, located adjacent to the Great Northern Highway and Goldfields Gas Pipeline in the northern part, consists of E52/1806, E52/2474, E52/2680 and E52/2559. Mt Bartle Project contains E53/1302 & 53/1332 E51/1207 E51/1512 P53/1417 P53/1418 P53/1419 tenements.Effective March 13, 2013, International Natural Resources Ltd acquired 7.247% interest in the Company.
