Npower and Scottish Power are worst for customer service according to list
Two of Britain's energy giants have a new claim to notoriety - their customer service is even worse than Ryanair's. In a survey of around 3,600 consumers, Npower has ousted the controversial budget airline from the unwanted title of the worst for client care.

TOKYO/SYDNEY: The US dollar firmed on Wednesday, recovering from a setback in the previous session as investors awaited the Federal Reserve's latest guidance on US interest rates.
Wholesale Price Index (WPI) based inflation declined to 5-year low of 3.74 percent in August 2014. This was revealed by the WPI data released on 15 September 2014 by the Office of the Economic Adviser under the Union Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
