(Adds quotes, details, changes dateline from BRUSSELS). LONDON, Sept 2 (Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell gained EU approval on Wednesday for its $70 billion acquisition of Britain's BG Group, the second of four key markets needed to clear the deal.
The company said on Tuesday it had agreed to pay USD 425 million for Steritech, which operates in the US and Canada, subject to US regulatory approval.
The report, which provides anecdotal evidence from 12 regional branches of the Federal Reserve, showed "modest to moderate" growth in labour demand in most districts.
