Combining Chinese and French may not work at your local buffet restaurant but in a car, it's not so bad. Dongfeng Peugeot Citro�n Automobile Company, or DPCA, is a 50/50 joint venture between leading Chinese car producer Dongfeng Motor Corporation and French car company Peugeot S.A. The company's manufacturing, component, and castings plant in Wuhan, China, produces 300,000 vehicles and 400,000 engines per year. DPCA's seven models include the Citro�n Fukang, Elysee, Picasso, Triomphe, Xsara, and Peugeot 307 and 206. It also imports French models including the Citro�n C5 and C4 and the Peugeot 407, 607, 206cc, and 307cc. The company began in 1992 but was officially named in 2002.
