Biomni knows there's more than one way for business customers to get IT help. The firm provides service catalog and request management software used by enterprise customers to request and schedule IT services from managed service providers. IT departments use the service catalog software to define, manage, and publish service offerings. Unisys, Steria, Capita, and Transat are among the company's customers. Biomni was founded in 1999 as a joint venture between managed service providers Computacenter and Dealogic; Computacenter co-founders Peter Ogden and Philip Hulme now hold majority stakes.
