Intertek Group plc (LON: ITRK), John Menzies plc (LON: MNZS) and Lamprell Plc (LON: LAM) suffer weakness. The FTSE 100 slipped back from its recent highs by a few points in early trading.
Oil rig maker Lamprell said it is on track to restructure its debt and agree revised covenants by the end of June, as the company recovers from a 2012 loss.
Lamprell is pleased to announce, also effective as from 27 May 2013, the appointment of Michael Press, John Malcolm and Ellis Armstrong as non-executive directors of the Company.

The independent oil and gas company has announced the appointment of Jonathan Cooper as chief financial officer. A chartered accountant by training, he replaces Iain Lanaghan, who is leaving at the end of June.
