Aug 10, 2011 ˇ Starving yourself on one day wont make a difference overall, all it will do is make that particular day rather unpleasant as you will be hungry all day!
Feb 22, 2010 ˇ I have my tea when I get home, usually I snack around 4 (weigh in at 6.30) and I take an alpen bar or banana to keep me going till I get home.
Sep 1, 2013 ˇ If I was an evening weigher I'd definitely eat during the day, no point starving yourself. So long as you do the same every week it won't make any difference.
