Email translation

If you use Gmail, you can use Gmail Labs’ automatic message translation feature to automatically translate support emails into your language. Simply enable the message translation feature from your Gmail settings and Google will do the rest.

Online chat translation

For live chats, you can also use automatic translation in Google Talk.

To start multilingual chat, add a translation bot to your contacts using the following format: [from language]2[to language]@bot.talk.google.com.
